Kirk's Graduation!

Now, I finally got some pictures from Kirk's graduation! It was really fun ^^ There where 500 students graduating, so it was really BIG! When he walked up and got his diploma, we screamed his name and clapped! hehe

I went to Channhasse Dinner Theatre! I went there with the theatre art students! (I got to go, because I'm helping out with make-up, during the play! It was so much fun. At first we ate supper (I wanted to eat something fancy, because it was a really fancy place, but I ended up with eating chicken and fries:D He He) Then we were going to watch a play, we saw "Joseph and the amazing technicolor dreamcoat"! hehe It was really good! YOU SHOULD SEE IT :P

Black Friday!

We were so tired of all the shopping!!!
We stopped at the pretties McDonalds I have ever seen! hehe, it was so nice there ;P

On Black Friday, all the stores have huge sales!

We got up at 4 a.m. and went to town :D There were a lot of people there, ready to go inside the stores. It was crazy, people was everyvere, trying to get things before they dissapared! hehe I got a lot of Christmas shopping done, and I even found some things for me :D

Decoration for Christmas!

You are probably wondering why we are decorating our tree already!

Well, we are going away for Thanksgiving, so Cindy wanted us to get done with the decoration before we left, so when we gwt home... The house will be ready for Christmas ^^,Just wanted to show you a funny Christmas decoration. Kirk got this from "grandma" in 1998. He used to play football :)

RESPECT

Hey!

Yes, that is my arm (after takin my last shot!) hehe... But that isn't what I want to tell you about, of course:P Today at school, was an awsome day! Maybe not awsome, but pretty good. We ha two people coming, that was going to teach us about RESPECT! So we spent the whole day in the gym, 9-12 grade. We went in groups and talked about things (respect), but we also played games, danced and sang. It was a lot of fun^^ There was even a dancing competition! And if I haven't told you that before... I like watching that! It is SO funny!!! Two guys was dancing:D

Like I said, we spent 7 hours in that gym today! Yeah you heard right! hehe... So we all got one bag of food(a sandwitch, apple, milk, cookie and some chips;) But one thing happened today that I thought was pretty awsome... in its own way... At the end of the day, we all sat on the floor, and there was a open cirkle in the middle with a microphone in the middle. And they told us that people could come up, take that microphone and talk about times when they didn't get respect or didn't gave respect... At first I didn't think anyone would do that (I mean, standing in the middle of the the whole school!) But after some time, people started to walk up and talked about things that had happened to them. Mostly people that was new to the school (like they were new in 9th grade etc...) But some people also thanked people for respecting them, and tanking teachers. Some people even started to cry! It was a strong moment...

I really liked this day, because I feel more like a part of the school. Now, I know a bit more about people... I feal like they shared something special with me (kind of... hard to explain!) But you get it;)

Hey!

So, though I should tell you about how it's been here lately. (By the way, saying Hi from Phanter to Heidi:) Ok... Nothing special has really happened, the 1. quarter of the school year is over... hehe. School is going good, I really like my school. Soon the basketball season will begin!I'm looking forward to that, because then cheerleading will start too ;) I guess it will start to snow any day now! I'm actually looking forward to the snow this year, because my host brother, Andrew, has a snowmobile :D hehe AND I don't have to listen to my brother, trying to make me go skiing! :P (yeah, that's right Henrik!) hehe... I'm also looking forward to Thanksgiving, that will be so nice!

Halloweenparty #2 part 2 :D

We went bowling!!!So... This is the bowling hall. At 8o'clock, they turned off the lights and turned on the disco lights! hehe... They call it Cosmic Bowling :D

This was at the mall in Fairmont. It was a lot of fun, scary, but fun;) We went there 2 times, and on the second time... I stopped and talked to the people with masks, it was so funny. I asked them were to go, and how they were ^^ hehe

Mall of America!

Mall of America was amazing! So huge!!! hehe This trip was with EF, so Fritzi and Christina was there also (you can see them on the picture over this text). It was so funny, I met Karoline! She goes to my school in Norway, it was nice to see her. You can se her on the picture below (she's the on with brown hair) The other girls are also from Norway :) by the way I bought a lot of things;)

The weekend after Homecoming...

I stayed with Fritzi this weekend, because my family went to Kirk's (my host brother) homecomming game. It was a lot of fun. We talked a lot aboute the dance that was on Friday, watched a lot of movies and drove 4-wheelers!!! it was SO funny!!! Don't we look cool on the 4-wheeler? :P We also went to Jake's pizza for dinner (they call lunsh for dinner here, I know it is so strange! hehe).

Friday: School Spirit day!

At 7 AM the cheerleaders served breakfast to the football team. Since it was School spirit day today AND a friday, the cheerleaders weared their outfits. (we have to wear them each Friday). At the end of school, we had a Pep-fest for the whole school. It was a lot of fun. We played games, talked and cheered;)

Then at 7 PM, it was the footballgame!!! GO MUSTANGS xD We won of cource ;) 14 to 3. That was my first game to cheer on, it went fine. I even did a stunt! hehe.

After the game, I had to run and change clotes, because I had to dance... BUT I didn't have any time to remove my war paint, so as you can see on the picture, I looked a bit strange ;P But it was lot of fun!!! I danced all night long ;) This is me and my cheerleader coach, Cortney, she is so nice and funny!
